  • YES - All baubles are handmade to order by myself.
  • Standard dispatch is usually 2-7 working days at Christmas but can increase.
  • Standard Delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
  • Delivery is £4.40


COMMON QUESTIONS:

How long will my order take?
All baubles are handmade and often to order, standard turn around to dispatch is usually 2-7 working days (Mon-Fri). However if you require a faster turn-around please contact me to organise a faster turn-around.

How will I know my parcel is on it's way?
We will send you a confirmation email to advise that your parcel has been dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class post.

I need my order urgently?
No problem, I appreciate that some orders are placed as gifts and may be needed by specific dates. Please contact me using the 'Get In Touch' page if you want to check that your order will arrive in time.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please do so by contacting me through the 'Get In Touch' form within 24 hrs of placing your order.

I can't find the bauble I'm looking for?
I would love to hear of any specific styles of baubles you are looking for, I am always looking to expand the range so please let me know what you have in mind by using the 'Get In Touch' form.

Can I mix & match baubles?
Yes, all baubles are listed individually to order.
Simply add the range of baubles you would like to your basket and go to the checkout to purchase your bespoke set.
